About Appointment Reminder App
Built in Coimbatore, India
Indian patients book on WhatsApp, forget on the day and answer the phone when it rings. Appointment Reminder App is built around those habits: it starts with appointment reminders and grows into a full communications desk for clinics, labs and schools.
Why start with appointment reminders?
Because a missed appointment is the most expensive message a clinic never sent. An empty chair costs the full consultation fee, the doctor's time and often a patient's health. Most small clinics in Tamil Nadu still remind patients by hand, one phone call at a time. Appointment Reminder App automates that job first; the inbox, voice agent and payment tools grew around it.
What makes it different?
Plain reminder tools send one SMS and stop. Appointment Reminder App sends WhatsApp and SMS reminders, collects every reply in one shared inbox with an AI agent, lets staff place an AI call in Tamil, Hindi or English with one click, and chases unpaid fees with a UPI ladder that stops on payment. Automatic per-booking schedules are next on the roadmap.
Who is it for?
Appointment Reminder App is built for Indian businesses that run on appointments and collections: general and specialist clinics, dental and physiotherapy practices, diagnostic labs with home collection, schools and coaching centres, NBFCs collecting EMIs, real-estate teams booking site visits and D2C brands confirming deliveries. Plans start at ₹2,999 a month plus GST.
What we believe
Small businesses should not need three vendors and a developer to remind a customer. One app, one inbox, one bill, published INR prices and Meta and voice fees passed through at cost. We would rather show you the real cost per reminder and say plainly what is live and what is planned than quote success numbers.
Who builds it
Appointment Reminder App is built by AvanceZone in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. AvanceZone has run SMS, WhatsApp and voice messaging for Indian businesses for over a decade. Reminder messages and call minutes run through AvanceZone's messaging and voice gateway, which is why Meta and carrier fees can be passed through at published rates.
