What should a medical camp registration form collect?
A camp form should be short enough to fill in a queue and complete enough to plan the camp and follow up. These fields cover a typical screening camp run by a clinic, lab, hospital, school, NGO or employer:

Minimum data: under the DPDP Act 2023, collect personal data for a stated purpose and no more than it needs. A camp does not need Aadhaar, income or caste. Tell participants why you collect their details and how long you keep them, and keep the paper register locked away after the camp.

How does online camp registration work?
Paper works for 30 people. For 80 or more, with batches and follow-ups, the online version in Appointment Reminder App saves the desk from the 8 am crush:

- Share the link or QR poster. Post the registration link in WhatsApp groups and print the QR poster for clinics, schools and notice boards.
- Seats fill per batch. People pick a time with seats left; full batches go to a waitlist that moves up when someone cancels.
- Registration number and reminders. Each participant gets a registration number and slip with a QR code, plus WhatsApp reminders when your number is connected.

The public camp page shows the title, date, venue, what is offered, the fee (free by default) and seats left per batch. It is protected like the online booking page, with a captcha and a per-network limit, and it is never indexed by search engines. Each registration records consent with a receipt and also becomes an appointment, so the normal WhatsApp confirmation and reminders 24 and 2 hours before go out when your number is connected, and camp registrations never block your regular booking slots.

How do you avoid a crowd at the registration desk on camp day?
- Batches: 80 seats in 30-minute batches of 20 spreads arrivals across the morning instead of everyone at 8 am.
- Registration-number search: the desk types DSC-017 or the last digits of the phone and marks attendance in one tap.
- On-the-spot registration: walk-ins get the next registration number and are marked attended at once.
- Token display: run the screening stations with the clinic token system so people wait seated and hear their token called.
How do you turn camp attendees into follow-up visits?
A camp only helps if people with abnormal results come back. On the camp-day screen staff type a one-line result note for each person, for example "RBS 182 mg/dL", and tick "needs follow-up". The tick schedules a recall reminder with your booking link for a repeat test or a doctor visit (recall messages go out on the Growth and Scale plans when your WhatsApp number is connected; otherwise they wait in the recall list for a phone call). The camp report shows registered against attended, attendance by batch, area, age band and sex, how many people were flagged and how many booked a follow-up visit within 30 days. Results are typed notes, not a diagnosis; there is no medical-device integration.

Yes. Choose "group session" for yoga classes, antenatal classes or a diabetes diet class with 25 places.
