How do I send bookings from another system?
Every workspace gets a private booking-webhook address (Growth and Scale). Post JSON to it from your HMS, a website form, Zapier, Make, Pabbly Connect or Google Sheets. The same external_ref with a new time moves the appointment; "action":"cancel" cancels it. Times without an offset are read as IST. Each new appointment gets a WhatsApp confirmation and reminders automatically.

Which events do outbound webhooks send?

Each POST carries X-Signature: sha256=…, an HMAC of the body with your webhook's secret, so your receiver can check it came from us. Sample payload:

REST API quickstart
On the Scale plan, create an API key in Settings → API and call GET /api/v1/appointments?from=YYYY-MM-DD&to=YYYY-MM-DD, POST /api/v1/appointments (same JSON as the webhook) and POST /api/v1/appointments/{id}/cancel with Authorization: Bearer YOUR_KEY. Contacts, messages and payment requests have endpoints too. Limits are 120 requests a minute.
Is patient data safe in calendar feeds and webhooks?
Calendar feeds show only the service and the patient's initials, never phone numbers, and their address can be changed at any time. Webhook addresses are private tokens you can rotate, outbound webhooks go only to HTTPS addresses on the public internet and are signed, and every change is in the audit log. Does Appointment Reminder App integrate with Google Calendar?
Yes, one way today: each doctor's calendar has a private iCal feed you subscribe to in Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar, showing the service and patient initials. Two-way sync, where Google busy times block booking slots, is planned and needs a verified Google OAuth app.
Can I connect Google Sheets without Zapier?
Yes. Appointment Reminder App gives you a booking-webhook address and a ready-made Google Apps Script: each new row in your sheet (name, phone, date, time, service) becomes an appointment with reminders. The booking webhook is on the Growth and Scale plans; CSV import works on every plan.
Does it work with Practo Ray or my HMS?
Through files and webhooks rather than a direct connector. Export upcoming appointments as CSV or send them to the booking webhook, and Appointment Reminder App reminds patients and sends confirmations and cancellations back by outbound webhook. We could not find a public Practo Ray API; tell us which HMS you use.
Which payment gateways are supported?
Advance and fee links use UPI deep links to your UPI ID with a payment-confirmation webhook, and work with any UPI app. Razorpay, Cashfree and PhonePe gateway connectors are set up on request with your own merchant account, because the gateway contract and keys must be yours.
Is there an API?
Yes. The REST API on the Scale plan creates, lists and cancels appointments and also covers contacts, messages and payment requests, with JSON in and out and API keys per integration. Signed outbound webhooks report appointment events on the Growth and Scale plans.
