How much does one appointment reminder cost?
With Appointment Reminder App a WhatsApp reminder costs about ₹0.13 in Meta fees, an SMS reminder ₹0.18 per segment and an AI call ₹3.50 per started minute. If you send one WhatsApp reminder per booking and call only a few patients who do not reply, the average stays well under ₹1 per appointment.
What does a typical monthly bill look like?
Example 1, a Starter clinic with 600 bookings: plan ₹2,999 + 600 WhatsApp reminders × ₹0.13 = ₹78 + 50 SMS × ₹0.18 = ₹9, total ₹3,086 + 18 % GST ₹555 = ₹3,641. Example 2, a Growth lab with 2,000 bookings: plan ₹7,999 + 2,000 × ₹0.13 = ₹260 + 100 one-minute AI calls × ₹3.50 = ₹350, total ₹8,609 + GST ₹1,550 = ₹10,159.
What exactly do seats, branches and numbers mean?
A seat is one staff login; Starter includes 3, Growth 10 and Scale unlimited. A branch is one clinic or lab location: 1, 3 or unlimited. Numbers are counted per channel, so Starter can connect one WhatsApp number, one SMS sender ID and one voice number; Growth three of each and Scale ten. The app enforces these limits.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Appointment Reminder App plans run month to month with no lock-in. Cancel from Billing settings and your plan ends at the close of the billing month. Unused wallet balance can be refunded on request under the refund policy, after deducting usage already incurred; trial credit is not refundable.
Do I need a separate telephony provider for AI calls?
No. Voice numbers, carrier minutes and the AI are provided through AvanceZone's voice gateway on the Growth and Scale plans, billed at ₹3.50 a minute from your wallet. A daily spend cap per agent is planned; today you control spend through who can place calls and how the payment ladder is set up.
What happens if my wallet runs low?
Top up from Billing settings: a top-up creates a GST invoice, you pay by UPI or bank transfer and the wallet is credited the same business day. Our team contacts you when the balance is low. Automatic pausing at zero balance, low-balance WhatsApp alerts and auto top-up are planned.
Is GST included in the price?
No. Appointment Reminder App plan prices exclude 18 % GST. A GST invoice is issued for every subscription payment and wallet top-up, so clinics and labs with a GSTIN can claim input tax credit in the usual way.
